Cecilia, a native from Taiwan, is passionate about providing psychological support for diverse individuals and groups and helping them rebalance their lives towards healthy change. Her approach involves exploring thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and learning to handle hardships while moving towards a richer and more meaningful life. During each session, Cecilia will provide emotional support and help you set treatment plans.

Cecilia uses counselling therapy methods best suited to the client’s needs. These methods include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Internal Family System Therapy (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and the Gottman Method for Couple’s Therapy.
