Tingting Wang spent six successful years in the financial industry before transitioning into the mental health field, driven by a deep passion for supporting others in their personal growth and well-being. She holds a Master of Social Sciences in Counselling (Mental Health Specialization) from Hong Kong Baptist University.

Tingting’s approach is client-centered, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Person-centered Therapy. Our counsellor for Mandarin speakers in HK is particularly skilled in guiding clients toward healthier ways of thinking, better emotional regulation, and improved self-confidence. 

Originally from mainland China, Tingting completed high school in Canada before moving to Hong Kong, where she has lived for the past decade. Her multicultural background equips her to support clients dealing with cultural adjustment, life transitions, and identity-related issues. 

Dedicated to professional growth, Tingting has completed further trainings in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction with the Center for Mindfulness Studies in Toronto, and is currently pursuing further training in Hypnosis with the NLP Center of New York. She is passionate about staying updated on the latest therapeutic practices to offer her clients the highest quality of care. 

Known for her empathetic nature, strong communication skills, and ability to build trust, she is committed to helping clients achieve their mental health goals and lead more fulfilling lives. 

王婷婷曾在金融行业从业六年,因对帮助他人实现个人成长与提升身心健康抱持深厚热忱,随后转向心理健康领域发展。她毕业于香港浸会大学,取得辅导学(心理健康方向)社会科学硕士学位。

王婷婷以来访者为中心,综合运用认知行为治疗、焦点解决短期治疗等多种循证方法。在香港,她专为普通话使用者提供辅导服务,尤其擅长引导来访者培养更健康的思维模式、提升情绪调节能力并增强自信心。

王婷婷来自中国大陆,高中阶段在加拿大完成学业,之后移居香港并在此生活至今已逾十年。她的多元文化背景使她在协助来访者应对文化适应、人生转折和身份认同等问题时更具优势。

为了不断提升专业水平,王婷婷曾在多伦多正念研究中心(The Center for Mindfulness Studies)完成正念减压(MBSR)培训,目前则在纽约NLP中心学习催眠技术。她热衷于不断汲取最新的治疗方法,以确保为来访者提供最高品质的心理支持。

她以富有同理心、出色的沟通技巧以及真诚的态度著称,致力于帮助来访者实现心理健康目标,过上更充实、更有意义的生活。
