Clinical Hypnotherapy Specialist Certificate Module Overview
The fifth module of the Renewed Edge Hypnotherapy Certification Training Program follows the first four modules.
In module 5, you will complete your clinical hypnotherapy training by learning advanced hypnosis techniques and using hypnosis for physical health.
Your instructor, Christine Deschemin, is the founder of the Renewed Edge Counselling and Hypnotherapy Centre in Hong Kong. Christine has helped thousands of people enjoy the benefits of hypnosis through UpNow Health, a digital therapeutics firm creating self-management programs for better physical and mental health. Christine is the voice behind the UpNow self-hypnosis app, the first hypnotherapy app in Asia.
This hypnosis training program is for counsellors, psychologists, future hypnotherapists, and HR professionals.

Requirements
- You must have completed modules 1 to 4.
- A good command of the English language is necessary.
- You must be above 18 years old.
- You should be in good mental health for training, i.e., not suffering from a severe mental health issue including but not limited to psychosis, bipolar disease, or schizophrenia.

Who is it for?
This course is for candidates seeking to complete their hypnotherapy training and start practising as hypnotherapists.
Prerequisite
Completing the first four modules of the Renewed Edge Hypnotherapy Training Course is necessary.
- “Module 1: self-hypnosis techniques”,
- “Module 2: Foundations in Hypnosis”,
- “Module 3: Advanced Hypnosis Certificate” and
- “Module 4: Hypnotherapy and Psychology”
Format
The training is conducted online live.
Outcome
Module 5 introduces you to advanced hypnotherapy techniques and applications. These applications span mental and physical health. For example, you will learn how to help clients manage pain with hypnosis (migraines and other types of pain).
Completing Module 5 allows you to receive the Renewed Edge Hypnotherapy Diploma, apply to the National Guild of Hypnotists and receive the NGH hypnosis certification.
You can then sign up to our “Setting Up my Hypnotherapy Coaching Business” course.

Become a Certified Hypnotherapist with Renewed Edge
The Renewed Edge Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy Institute provides evidence-based hypnosis knowledge to help you become a successful hypnotherapist. When you are about to start Module 5, you enjoy multiple benefits:

Clinical Hypnotherapy Specialist Certificate Structure
Module 5 of the Renewed Edge Certified Hypnotherapy Training contains 56 hours of presentations, lectures, demonstrations, practice sessions and discussions and takes place over 7 days.
Hypnosis Practice
You will need to sign up for practice sessions outside the classrooms. These practice sessions will be reviewed and reviewed. These sessions will count against your final grade.
Hypnotherapy Thesis
You will also need to practice on your own and record these sessions. The course requires you to submit one thesis in pdf format and the session recording to the Renewed Edge Hypnotherapy Institute before the course deadline (communicated to you at the beginning of the course).
Debriefing Day
During the final day of the training, we will review all recordings and theses and provide feedback. In addition, you will learn from other people’s experiences. Attendance on this debriefing day is compulsory.

As soon as we finalize the list of graduates, we will submit the list of graduates to the NGH and update you. Unfortunately, we do not have visibility on the amount of time needed for the NGH or the post office to send us the certificates.
