Kelly holds a Master’s in Counselling from Monash University. A Malaysian Chinese, who lived and worked in Malaysia, England, and Japan, she now provides therapy services in Hong Kong.

Kelly has over 20 years of senior management experience in sales, marketing, business development, training, mentoring, counselling, and coaching capabilities. Her work includes managing stress, anxiety, depression, and anger; building confidence; and improving self-esteem.

She supports clients in many ways, by clarifying life direction and transition, or helping them work on relationship challenges e.g., couple relationship, friendship, family dynamics, workplace relationship. She also supports clients on work performance related issues, senior management roles readiness or strengthening their interpersonal skills at work or personal life, and other management skills sets.

Kelly draws on many techniques. She uses client centred approach to help her clients express their thoughts, feelings, and struggles. Whenever applicable, she also incorporates CBT, ACT, Positive Psychology, SWOT Analysis, and soft skills in her therapy work.
